Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and all other Emirates. Free delivery on orders over AED 500. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Express delivery (Abu Dhabi same-day or next-day) is available for select products — contact us to arrange. Enterprise and government orders may require additional lead time for configuration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) for select areas. Enterprise clients may request invoicing with NET 30 payment terms.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also view order status in My Account → My Orders.
Products & Compliance
Are your drones GCAA compliant?
Yes. All drones we sell are sourced from authorized distributors and comply with UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations. We are a UAE-licensed authorized dealer.
Are DJI products genuine / authorized?
Yes. We are an authorized DJI dealer in the UAE. All products are genuine, carry full manufacturer warranty, and include UAE plug-compatible chargers where applicable.
What warranty do products carry?
Most DJI and Autel products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Enterprise platforms may carry extended warranties. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased for additional coverage — ask us for details.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened items in original sealed condition. Opened items may be returned within 7 days if there is a manufacturing defect. Contact shop@decadrone.com to initiate a return. See our full Return Policy.
Do you offer technical support?

Do you offer enterprise / government pricing?
Yes. We offer custom pricing, volume discounts and tailored procurement packages for government entities, enterprises and fleet buyers. Contact our team via the Contact page or request a quote directly.
Can you provide product demonstrations?
Yes. We offer live drone demonstrations and product briefings for enterprise and government clients in Abu Dhabi. Contact us to schedule a demonstration session.
