1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, sealed, and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
2. Eligible Items
- Unopened products in original factory-sealed packaging
- Defective products with a documented manufacturing fault
- Products that do not match the description on the order confirmation
3. Non-Eligible Items
- Opened consumables (batteries, filters, propellers) unless defective
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer
- Enterprise or government custom orders
- Software licenses and digital products
4. How to Return
Contact us at shop@decadrone.com or WhatsApp +971 58 559 5830 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions. Do not send items without an RA number.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Warranty Claims
Products under manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months for DJI and Autel) are handled through official warranty channels. Contact us and we will assist with the warranty claim process on your behalf.
