1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the decaDrone online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure accuracy of all product information. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors prior to order confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are considered final upon receipt of full payment confirmation.
• We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery within UAE.
• All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.
• For enterprise products, a formal quotation and purchase order may be required.

4. Delivery

Free delivery applies to orders over AED 500 within the UAE. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days. Enterprise and custom products are delivered on mutually agreed timelines.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Enterprise products and custom orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

6. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's official warranty. decaDrone is an authorized UAE dealer for DJI and Autel products. Warranty claims are handled directly through our technical team.

7. Limitation of Liability

decaDrone shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of products in violation of manufacturer guidelines, UAE Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations, or applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
